Red Ken versus Black Trev
Let the fight begin as reported by the Telegraph and a number of other newspapers.
In the Red corner we have the infamous waste-of-space Ken Livingstone who comes out on the attack with:
"...labelling race chief Trevor Phillips a racist..."[1]
"...[and] a self-publicist who was "pandering to the right"..."[2]
"...[who has] gone so far over to the other side that I expect soon he'll be joining the BNP..."[2]
"...[and] had a brief sort of black power fling..."[2]
In the Black corner we have the infamous windbag Trevor Phillips who ably defends himself with:
"... . ..."
Well in fact Trevor has not sprung to his own defence at all. He has instead, so far, stayed peculiarly quiet at the public mauling he received at the hands of the mayor of London.
Several of the newspapers reporting the verbal assault by Red Ken also mentioned in passing the cause of his aggression. This being a recent speech of Black Trev's in which he dared to criticise the sacred cow of multiculturalism beloved so much by Ken.
Amongst other comments in the speech Mr Trevor Phillips made the following statement:
"...[those who do not have a genuine experience of a multicultural community] won't understand the anger of black families at the fact that their men are overrepresented in jail, and fail at school, or know about the grinding poverty of the disproportionate number of black children who grow up in households with just one adult wage, or experience the anguish of seeing their young placed in secure mental hospitals which have little or no capacity to help them..."
Exceptionally strange and curious talk from someone considered so highly by the present New Labour Government that 'ministers pick Phillips to lead new human rights and equalities body'; a post with which, I'd assume, comes a hefty increase in salary.
While the whole speech by Trevor Phillips deserves a thorough picking over, which will have wait for another time, the phrase 'anger of black families' needs to be looked at a little further.
Mr Phillips does not say exactly how many families are in a state of anger, or too which level the anger has risen.
More importantly while he states the targets of their anger he gives not a single clue as to the reasons for the anger itself.
The reason, I would guess, is that the particular families in question have been told countless times that the overriding cause of their woes is 'racism'.
Told by the likes of Mr Trevor Phillips and pals of similar ilk, such as Darcus Howe and Lee Jasper, through their musings, speeches, and writings.

People generally go to prison because they commit crime. Children usually fail at school because they, or their parents, do not try hard enough or even do not care. Children often grow up in single parent households because women decide to procreate with fickle men before marriage. People are placed into secure mental hospitals because they are considered dangerous. |
This is often known as common sense, or even reality, or best of all the harsh but very simple facts of life.
Crying 'racism' is just an exercise in denying the truth with feeble excuses.
Does Black Trev really fail to recognise this or is he himself just hiding in denial.

This BBC piece originally told us that a mere 24% of school govenors are ethnic minorities which, by my reckoning, means they are OVER-REPRESENTED by at least 100%. This nugget of information kinda contradicts the point of this, ahem, story...WHICH IS WHY THE BBC HAVE NOW CUT IT!!!
The disingenuousness of the BBC knows no bounds!
Oh, and who's behind this 'charity'? That's right, The Department of Education and Skills.

The Church of England has quite a history of moonbats in the belfry. The worldwide Anglican/Episcopalian Church has long been a home for appeasers, Marxoids, fellow-travellers, Grauniad-readers, useful idiots, BBC-viewers and people too PC to become social workers. So I was amazed to find this anti-dhimmi Anglican organisation:

The Anglican church matters far more than Presbyterians, because its worldwide membership is around 80 million, making it the second largest Christian denomination. It’s also active in front-line civilizational clash areas like Nigeria. The Muzzies would regard it as a major victory if they could subvert or subjugate the C of E.

90-year-old woman tied up and robbed
The old lady was so scared that she told the woman she had been saving money from her pension to spend on Christmas presents for her family. She had been putting aside £10 per week and had saved up £400, which the thief made off with. Police investigating officer, Matthew Dunpleton, said: "The victim of this horrendous crime is a lively 90-year-old lady. She is now very fearful of anyone who comes to the door. She is trying to maintain her good spirits but is deeply saddened that it looks like she will not be able to use her savings to buy Christmas presents for her family."
The thief is described as being about 26 years old, wearing dark clothes with white shoes. She was about 5ft 5ins tall, of Afro-Caribbean appearance with straightened black hair with a London accent.

A second elderly woman has been robbed in her home in as many weeks by a cruel young woman.
The robber - who tied up one victim, aged 90, and threatened violence against the second, aged 77 - could have preyed on others and may be planning to rob again, poilice believe.
